Job Description: 

  1. Oversee and manage all administrative functions across both offices, ensuring seamless operations.
  2. Record, and implement office policies and SOPs to improve efficiency.
  3. Coordinate with 3rd party contrcator to complete assignemnts.
  4. Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and resources, ensuring both offices are well-stocked and operational.
  5. Supervise and manage the support staff in both offices, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance evaluations.
  6. Provide guidance and support to the support staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  8. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring proper scheduling and organization.
  9. Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents, both physical and digital.
  10. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies regarding document handling and storage.
  11. Utilize computer applications for managing administrative tasks, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email communication.
  12. Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and coordination with external IT support when necessary.
  13. Ensure both offices are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  14. Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and coordinate repairs as needed
